Concerns should be reported promptly through the agreed service contact, local safeguarding route or emergency service as appropriate. Workers must follow the receiving provider’s procedures during temporary placements.

Care Circle Ltd expects concerns to be listened to, recorded, escalated and shared lawfully with relevant agencies. Juelyin Joseph is the named safeguarding lead. The out-of-hours route and local-authority links remain subject to approval.
