Care Circle is shaped by more than 20 years of collective adult and geriatric nursing experience, with strong foundations in acute care and support for older people. We understand the clinical detail behind good care, alongside the patience, compassion and personal attention that help someone feel safe and understood.

We created Care Circle out of a shared passion for caring well and a clear understanding of the need for person-centred support. A person’s health needs matter, and so do their routines, relationships, preferences and hopes for everyday life. We take time to understand both.

That understanding connects our specialist nursing, complex care, support at home and temporary staffing. Whether we are supporting an individual or a care provider, we bring the same attention to detail, professional responsibility and kindness.

Induction and practical training

A confident start. Skills for everyday care.

At our Newmarket training centre, practical induction brings learning into a realistic care setting. Staff can practise with a nursing bed, hoist and wheelchair, ask questions and prepare for the responsibilities of their role.

Care Circle training centre

Confidence begins
before the first visit.

At our Newmarket head office, we have a dedicated practical training centre with a nursing bed, an Oxford full-body hoist, wheelchairs and care-training equipment. It gives staff space to learn, ask questions and prepare before care begins.

We also welcome external care workers and teams for moving and handling and first-aid training, including refresher enquiries. We will discuss the course that fits your experience and workplace requirements.
