For directly managed care, quality arrangements may include assessment, care planning, supervision, competency review, incident escalation, safeguarding and audit within the service’s confirmed registered scope.

Temporary staffing is distinct from directly managed regulated care. Care Circle Ltd undertakes relevant recruitment and compliance checks, while the receiving provider retains responsibility for directing and supervising agency workers within its service, local policies, care plans and governance arrangements.

Care Circle Ltd’s Director has confirmed that the registration, certification, membership and relationship marks published on this website may be used within the scope and context shown. The CQC and Companies House links identify the relevant public records.

A regulator, certification or relationship mark describes only the stated status or relationship. It does not suggest that CQC accredits Care Circle, that a regulator approves every individual service, or that another organisation owns or endorses Care Circle.
