Private home care and specialist nursing
Considered care at home, shaped around your life.
Care Circle provides private home care, live-in support and nurse-led complex care for adults across East Anglia, Hertfordshire and London. From companionship and everyday routines to ventilator support, tracheostomy care and neurological needs, our nurses and care professionals take time to understand the person, their home and the life they wish to protect.

Operational coordination
CQC-registered adult care, ISO 9001:2015 quality management and specialist care delivered within assessed scope, written plans and professional competency.
CQC-regulated clinical care
Care Circle is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the regulated activity commonly referred to as TDDI. This supports our nurse-led community nursing and adult complex-care pathway, including assessed clinical interventions delivered in a person's home.
CQC registration does not mean every requested intervention can automatically be provided. Suitability and scope are confirmed through assessment and professional review before care begins.
Independent family feedback
Independently published feedback highlights dignity, reliable carers, responsive communication, regular check-ins and reassurance for families. Night care, companionship and support for older parents are represented in the feedback.

How support begins
You don’t need to have every answer before getting in touch. We’ll listen to what matters, explain the options and help you feel confident about the next step.
Tell us about the person, their day-to-day life and what is becoming difficult. We listen to your priorities, answer your questions and help you find the right starting point.
Your priorities come first
We assess the support needed, including clinical needs, routines and the home environment. Together, we discuss suitable options, responsibilities and tailored costs before agreeing how care could begin.
Clear options and tailored costs
We consider the skills, experience and assessed competencies your care requires, alongside your preferences and staff availability. Introductions and a clear handover help everyone understand the agreed plan.
The right skills for your needs
Once support begins, we keep in touch, review how things are working and respond when needs change. Updates to relatives follow the person’s wishes, consent and agreed communication arrangements.
Ongoing contact and review
Discuss your situation, ask about tailored costs and find a clear way forward.

Rehabilitation in the comfort of home
Community physiotherapy
Explore physiotherapy in your own home, a residential or nursing home, or extra-care housing. HCPC-registered physiotherapists assess movement, strength, balance and rehabilitation needs, with practical goals and a plan shaped around everyday life.
Explore physiotherapy and rehabilitationFor care providers
Care providers need more than a list of available workers. They need people matched to the role and stated competencies, supported by clear booking communication, compliance processes, timesheet administration and escalation arrangements.
Temporary staffing is distinct from Care Circle’s directly managed care services. The receiving provider directs and supervises agency workers within its own service and governance arrangements.
