Company, reassurance and care in the home you love.
Care Circle provides private home care, live-in support and nurse-led complex care for adults across East Anglia, Hertfordshire and London. From companionship and everyday routines to ventilator support, tracheostomy care and neurological needs, our nurses and care professionals take time to understand the person, their home and the life they wish to protect.
CQC-registered adult care, ISO 9001:2015 quality management and specialist care delivered within assessed scope, written plans and professional competency.
Private care for you and your family
Private care across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
Start with the support that would make everyday life easier. Our Newmarket team can discuss home care, live-in care, dementia care, dedicated one-to-one care or support throughout the day and night, then check your postcode, needs and suitable availability.
Companionship and sitting support
Regular company, conversation, shared interests, outings and time together. Discuss visits or longer sitting support, matched around the person and their routine, with availability checked by postcode.
Planned help with personal care, meals, medicines assistance and familiar routines. From £24 per hour, with a minimum one-hour visit and an individual quotation after assessment.
A carefully matched professional living in your home. From £1,310 per week after assessment, with everyday and nurse-led options. Waking nights or additional clinical input are assessed and quoted separately.
Support that starts with the person, their routines and the people who know them. Discuss regular visits, respite, overnight or live-in care, with continuity and family involvement considered in the plan.
Dedicated attention for agreed hours at home or in the community. Discuss daily routines, appointments, meaningful activities or a break for a family carer, with skills, continuity and an individual quotation assessed around the person.
Discuss a staffing plan for support throughout the day and night. Continuous awake care needs additional staffing and a tailored quotation; a live-in professional requires rest and agreed breaks.
Registered for Treatment of disease, disorder or injury (TDDI)
Care Circle is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the regulated activity commonly referred to as TDDI. This supports our nurse-led community nursing and adult complex-care pathway, including assessed clinical interventions delivered in a person's home.
CQC registration does not mean every requested intervention can automatically be provided. Suitability and scope are confirmed through assessment and professional review before care begins.
What this means in practice
Individual clinical assessment before a package is accepted
Written care plans, risk information and escalation arrangements
Appropriately registered or competency-assessed professionals
Delivery limited to Care Circle's registered scope and operational capacity
Families describe care that is kind, consistent and responsive.
Independently published feedback highlights dignity, reliable carers, responsive communication, regular check-ins and reassurance for families. Night care, companionship and support for older parents are represented in the feedback.

Specialist nursing at home
Clinical skill, coordinated around home.
Care can bring complex routines, equipment, medicines and multiple professional relationships into daily life. Care Circle starts by understanding the whole situation, then defines what can be delivered safely within an agreed plan.
Every service is subject to an individual assessment, clinical need, professional authorisation, Care Circle’s registered scope and the availability of appropriately trained and competency-assessed professionals.
How support begins
A clear path to care. With you, at every step.
You don’t need to have every answer before getting in touch. We’ll listen to what matters, explain the options and help you feel confident about the next step.
01Step 1 of 4.
Start with a conversation
Tell us about the person, their day-to-day life and what is becoming difficult. We listen to your priorities, answer your questions and help you find the right starting point.
Your priorities come first
02Step 2 of 4.
Shape your care plan
We assess the support needed, including clinical needs, routines and the home environment. Together, we discuss suitable options, responsibilities and tailored costs before agreeing how care could begin.

Rehabilitation in the comfort of home
Community physiotherapy
Qualified support for movement, rehabilitation and recovery.
Explore physiotherapy in your own home, a residential or nursing home, or extra-care housing. HCPC-registered physiotherapists assess movement, strength, balance and rehabilitation needs, with practical goals and a plan shaped around everyday life.
Staffing support built around the realities of care delivery.
Care providers need more than a list of available workers. They need people matched to the role and stated competencies, supported by clear booking communication, compliance processes, timesheet administration and escalation arrangements.
Temporary staffing is distinct from Care Circle’s directly managed care services. The receiving provider directs and supervises agency workers within its own service and governance arrangements.

Care at home
Preparing for a home care assessment: a family checklist
You do not need to choose a care package before speaking to us. Start with what matters to the person, what has changed, and where a little or a lot of help could make daily life easier.
Companionship care for an older parent: where to begin
Sometimes the first request is simple: someone familiar to talk to, a shared outing, or company while a relative is at work. Good companionship starts with what the person enjoys and the kind of help they actually want.
A dementia diagnosis does not describe the whole person. Planning support at home starts with their wishes, familiar routines, relationships and the practical help needed now, with room to review as circumstances change.
Inviting a care professional to live in your home is a personal decision. Clear arrangements about space, routines, responsibilities and time off help everyone understand how the proposed care will work.
Every person’s experience is different. Explore support for a condition or situation, and discover how care can be shaped around daily life, clinical needs and what matters most to you.
Tell us whether you are exploring personal care, making a professional referral or arranging workforce cover. Each route asks only for the information appropriate at that stage.
